Fresh Homemade Muffins & Cookies

If you arrive early you might be just intime to see Simon pulling homemade muffins out of the oven in his van. They are made completly from scratch and often with fresh eggs he collects daily from his chickens!

The classic choc chip muffin has been the standout most popular; bursting with rich, gooey chocolate pieces that melt in your mouth. Occasionally you can be lucky to find his Raspberry & White Chocolate muffins. Dont be scared to put in a request if this is your fav and you haven’t seen it for a while.

Perfectly soft and moist, these muffins are the ideal accompaniment to your morning coffee or afternoon cuppa from TOMS Bendigo.

Cookies are also made from scratch onsite, the outstanding favourites being the classic Triple Choc chip and classic Yo Yos.

In the future when Toms Van becomes Toms cafe the range of Muffins and Cookies will be expanding, look out for the Burnt Butter Choc chip and the Snickerdoodle, they sometimes make an appearance at Toms Van.

Our Homemade Toasties & Wraps are made with ingredients sourced locally, we are proud to serve International Award Winning Ham from Meats on Mitchell.

Whether you’re after a classic Ham and Cheese Toastie, a Chicken and Avocado Wrap or the iconic ReubenToastie they are sure to please.The Veggie Pesto is also very popular with a creamy balance of Greek fetta and Swiss cheese and a beautifull home made Basil pesto.
